Simple, Transparent Wholesale Ordering
We partner with retail stores, outdoor suppliers, and distributors who share our passion for quality, sustainability, and fair trade. Our wholesale model is designed to give you flexibility, consistency, and confidence at every step.
Step 1
Place Your Order
Submit your order via email or our website form with product codes, sizes, colours and desired quantities. For first-time orders, indicate if you’d like a sample pack or mixed-style trial (MOQ 50 pieces).
Step 2
Order Confirmation & Invoice
Our wholesale team reviews your order details and confirms availability, pricing, and lead times. For first-time or bulk orders, we offer an optional call to finalise specifics and ensure a smooth transaction. A proforma invoice is then issued for payment.
Step 3
Payment & Production
Once payment is completed on agreed CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) or FOB (Free On Board) terms, your order moves into production. Each garment is crafted in our Nepal facilities under strict quality control, ensuring consistency and durability.
Step 4
Shipping & Delivery
Your finished goods are securely packed and shipped by air or sea cargo, depending on urgency and order size. We handle all export documentation and share tracking details so you can monitor your shipment until delivery to your warehouse.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
We offer a low MOQ of just 50 pieces (mixed styles) for first-time orders — perfect for new partners to explore our range.
For repeat orders, we recommend a minimum of 20 pieces per style to ensure the best pricing.
